Becoming You – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Options & Payment

The Becoming You course offers flexible payment options:

  • One-Time Payment: $499 (best value)

  • Flexible Payment Option: $175 per month for 3 months

  • Flexible Payment Option: $90 per month for 6 months


Each program option includes the option to trial 3 months of the Elevate with Bel Membership, providing access to live sessions, community support and additional resources. After the trial period and unless cancelled, a recurring fee of $99 per month will be charged automatically to remain in the Elevate with Bel Membership.

2. Payment Terms

By enrolling in the Becoming You course, you authorise payments via your selected payment method unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Payments are processed automatically via the payment method on file. If a payment fails, access to the course and membership will be suspended until payment details are updated. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, access may be permanently revoked.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available within the 14 day trial period. After this period, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for cancellations.

  • To cancel your enrolment, you must submit a written request via email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests must include your full name, email and reason for cancellation.

4. Course Access & Content

  • Members receive access to course modules, workbooks and exercises.

  • All course materials, including modules and workbooks are for personal use only. Unauthorised sharing, resale, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Becoming You Course

  • The Becoming You Course is an exclusive program designed to help members unlock their full potential.

  • Course materials cannot be downloaded, copied or shared.

7. General Terms

Disclaimer

Results from the program vary based on individual effort and commitment. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. This program does not replace professional medical, financial, or psychological advice.

Intellectual Property

All course and membership content, including but not limited to videos, worksheets and coaching materials, remains the intellectual property of Belinda Colubriale and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Community Guidelines for the Elevate with Bel Membership:

If opting into the Elevate with Bel membership, you will also be able to join the Elevate with Bel Facebook Group. By doing so, you agree to the following:

8.1 Community Conduct

  • Be kind, respectful and inclusive.

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content will not be tolerated.

  • Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the group without notice or refund.

8.2 Group Focus

  • Discussions should remain focused on the Elevate with Bel lessons.

  • Moderators reserve the right to remove off topic posts without prior notice.

8.3 No Self-Promotion or Solicitation

  • Selling products, services or affiliate offers is not permitted.

  • Direct messaging to members for promotional, sales, or unsolicited business purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal.

8.4 Privacy Policy

While we strive to create a safe community, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information shared within the group. Members are responsible for safeguarding their own privacy.
