Elite Athlete Coaching

Elite Athlete Coaching

Train your mind. Trust your preparation. Perform when it counts.

Train your mind.

Trust your preparation.

Perform when it counts.

Elite sport asks more of you than physical talent and technical skill.

It asks you to stay composed when the pressure rises.

To recover quickly after a mistake.

To trust yourself when results, selection, expectations and comparisons are loud.

This level of High Performance coaching is designed for serious athletes

who want to strengthen the mental side of their performance so they can compete

with greater confidence, clarity, emotional control and consistency.

Whether you are a professional athlete, on an elite pathway,

competing at state or national level, or a high performing junior preparing for the next stage,

this is coaching for the moments that matter most.

If this sounds like you then enquire below.

Your body is trained but is your mind?

At elite level, physical preparation is expected.

Most athletes are already working hard.

They are training, practising, reviewing footage, improving their technique

and doing everything they can to get better.

But when performance does not reflect preparation, the issue is often not effort.

It is what happens internally under pressure.

Does this sound like you

You perform well in training but tighten up in competition.

You overthink key moments instead of trusting your instincts.

Your confidence rises and falls with your latest result.

You struggle to let go of selections, feedback, losses or setbacks.

You feel the pressure of expectations from coaches, parents, teammates, supporters or yourself.

You want to perform more consistently, but you are not sure what is getting in the way.

If this sounds like you then you do not need another motivational quote.

You need a repeatable mental performance system.

High Performance Coaching for Athletes Who Want More

High Performance coaching helps you build the internal skills

that allow your external ability to show up more often.

This is for athletes who are ready to take ownership of how they think,

prepare, respond and perform.

Together, we work on helping you:

Stay calm and clear when the stakes are high

Build confidence that does not disappear after a bad performance

Recover faster after mistakes, losses, injury or disappointment

Develop routines that create focus before competition

Manage pressure without losing your instinct or enjoyment

Strengthen your emotional control in challenging moments

Make better decisions when the game, race or match speeds up

Compete closer to your real potential, more consistently

The goal is not to become emotionless.

The goal is to become more self-led, more composed and more effective when it matters.

The High Performance Framework

My coaching gives athletes a structured way to prepare, perform and reset without relying on confidence alone.

CENTRE

Learn how to settle your body and mind before performance.

You will create routines that help you arrive calm, focused and ready to compete not rushed, tense or distracted.

CLARIFY

Know exactly what you need to focus on. Instead of carrying ten instructions into a game or competition, you will learn how to simplify your focus and lock in on what matters most.

EXECUTE

Trust your preparation under pressure. This is where you learn to perform your role, make decisions clearly and stay connected to your strengths when the stakes rise.

ADJUST

Reset quickly after mistakes, feedback and setbacks.

A mistake does not need to become, a bad season.

Develop practical reset tools to respond rather than react.

REPEAT

Build consistency across your season. The strongest performers do not rely on motivation or mood. They build systems, habits and standards that make strong performance more repeatable.

Why Work With Bel?

High performance is not just about wanting more.

As a Certified High Performance Coach, speaker and coach to high performing individuals, I bring a practical, direct and deeply personalised approach to

performance development.

It is about building the clarity, courage,

emotional control and self-leadership

that allow you to perform at your best more often.

You already have ability

But are you able to access it when it matters most?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this sports psychology?

No. High performance coaching focuses on practical performance habits, confidence, focus, emotional regulation, routines and self-leadership. It is not a replacement for clinical mental health support or sports psychology. Where needed, I encourage athletes to work alongside appropriately qualified health professionals.

Do you work with junior athletes?

Yes. I work with high performing junior athletes who are competing seriously and want support with confidence, pressure, focus, mindset and performance routines.

Can coaching be done online?

Yes. Coaching is available in Melbourne and online across Australia and worldwide making it suitable for athletes with demanding training, competition and travel schedules.

What sports do you work with?

The principles apply across individual and team sports. Coaching is tailored to the athlete’s specific performance environment, role, competition demands and goals.

How long do athletes work with you?

This depends on the athlete’s goals, season and level of support required. Most athletes benefit from a structured coaching period that allows time to assess patterns, build practical tools and embed them under real competition pressure. It is a minimum 3 month commitment but I also have clients who I have been working with for years.

Do you speak with my coach or sporting team?

This can be discussed where appropriate and with the athlete’s consent. The focus is always on supporting the athlete while respecting existing coaches, parents, medical professionals and sporting systems.

Ready to Compete With More Clarity

and Confidence?

At elite level, everyone works hard.

The difference is not always talent.

Often, it is the athlete who can stay composed

after the mistake, trust themselves under pressure

and return to their best more quickly.

You do not rise to the level of your preparation alone.

You rise to the level of your mental control when it matters.
