1. Commitment to Full Participation

I am fully committed to participating in each of my monthly sessions and engaging with the program’s content and community.

I understand that my success in this program is a direct result of my involvement and active participation.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

I will be ready and dial in at the scheduled time for each session and I will make every effort to be on time for all sessions.

If I cannot attend a 1-1 session, I will notify Belinda at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be cancelled.

3. Understanding of Coaching Program Focus

I understand that this coaching program is about improving my present life and reaching new levels of performance and potential.

I acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, nor is it professional, legal, medical, psychological or financial advice. The focus is on what I can do now and, in the future, to experience more energy, success and fulfillment in my life.

4. Responsibility for My Results

I acknowledge that my results in life and business are up to me. I understand that by law, my coach cannot guarantee my results. The coach can only guarantee my satisfaction with the process. I accept that I cannot hold my coach liable for any outcomes or actions.

5. Confidentiality of Client Portal Tools

I understand that the tools in the client portal are confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside the group.

6. Commitment to the Full Duration of the Program

By completing this enrolment form, I agree to the full duration of the course and understand that I cannot cancel halfway through. If I decide to leave early, I will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Termination of Coaching Agreement

If my coach determines that we are no longer a good fit for each other, she will cease the coaching agreement and any

outstanding monies paid will be returned.

8. Payment Terms

I agree to the selected payment option and authorise payment to be processed as per the outlined structure. I understand that payments will be deducted monthly and will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month, unless the 1st falls on a

weekend, in which case payment may be delayed by a day or two.

9. Confidentiality and Community Respect

I commit to respecting the confidentiality of the coaching process and the members of the Elevate with Bel - High Performance Living community. I will contribute positively to the group by supporting others and fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

10. Evolution of Program Content

I understand that the content of the program, including coaching sessions, workshops and additional resources, may evolve to

best support the needs of the group.
