Elevate with Bel – High Performance Living Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Participation

By enrolling in Elevate with Bel – High Performance Living, you are committing to engage in the coaching process, including all group sessions, planning sessions, workshops and retreats as outlined in your chosen program option (Online or VIP). Your active participation is essential to achieving the results you desire.

2. Payment and Investment

The program is available at two payment options:

  • Elevate Online: 10 monthly payments of $600 + GST or 12 monthly payments of $500 + GST.

    • Retreat: The annual two-day retreat is offered as an optional add-on for Elevate Online members for $1,500 + GST. Please note,

      flights and accommodation for the retreat are not included in the retreat fee.

  • Elevate VIP – Full Immersion: 10 monthly payments of $1,000 + GST or 12 monthly payments of $833.3 + GST.

Payment is required to confirm your enrolment and participation. You will be billed monthly via your chosen payment method.

All payments must be completed by the specified due dates and failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of services until payments are made.

3. Program Structure

All information shared within the program is confidential and participants are expected to maintain the privacy of others’ personal details and experiences. Any materials provided in the program, including but not limited to coaching sessions, worksheets, videos and other resources, are the intellectual property of Belinda Colubriale and Elevate Your Thinking PTY LTD and cannot be shared or distributed without explicit permission.

The program includes the following features:

  • Monthly group coaching sessions

  • Monthly planning sessions

  • 1:1 coaching sessions (varies by program option)

  • Workshops (online and in-person options available)

  • Access to a private community

  • Access to Marco Polo

  • Unlimited session replays

Retreat: VIP members will enjoy an exclusive two-day retreat.

Please note that flights and accommodations are not included in the package.

4. Conduct in the Group

As a high-performance community, it is essential that all participants maintain a professional, supportive and respectful attitude throughout the program.

This includes:

  • Being open and honest in group discussions

  • Supporting fellow participants in their growth journey

  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding personal details shared within the group

  • Showing respect for the coach and all participants

  • Not engaging in any disruptive behaviour that could hinder the learning environment

    Failure to comply with these conduct guidelines may result in removal from the program, with no refund of fees.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared within the program is confidential and participants are expected to maintain the privacy of others’ personal details and experiences. Any materials provided in the program, including but not limited to coaching sessions, worksheets, videos, and other resources,

are the intellectual property of Belinda Colubriale and cannot be shared or distributed without explicit permission.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made and the program has commenced, there will be no refunds for any part of the program.

7. Retreat Disclaimer

For members who choose to attend the annual retreat, please note that:

  • The retreat fee of $1,500 + GST covers program materials, some meals and coaching sessions during the retreat.

  • Flights and accommodations are the responsibility of the participant and must be arranged independently.

  • No refunds are available for retreat fees once paid.

8. Liability Waiver

While Elevate with Bel takes every measure to ensure a safe, empowering and supportive environment, participants are responsible for their own physical and emotional well-being. By participating in this program, you agree to release Belinda Colubriale and Elevate Your Thinking PTY LTD and any associated partners from any liability, loss, or damages incurred during your participation in the program.

9. Program Modifications

Elevate with Bel reserves the right to make modifications to the program structure, including the schedule of group sessions, workshops and retreat dates. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

10. Miscellaneous

Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the program are the intellectual property of Belinda Colubriale and Elevate Your Thinking PTY LTD and are intended solely for the personal use of program participants. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

Communication

Participants are encouraged to communicate openly with the coach and the community via Marco Polo and the private community platform. Unsolicited marketing or promotional messages are not allowed in the community.
