Elevate with Bel Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Options & Payment

  • Monthly Membership: $99 per month (charged automatically).

  • Upgrade to Becoming You (when purchasing the monthly membership): additional $200 per month (minimum 3 month commitment required).

  • 6 Month Membership:$499 upfront (includes the Becoming You Program), then $99 per month after the

    6 month period ends.

  • Annual Membership: $849 upfront (includes the Becoming You Program), then $99 per month after the first year.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed automatically via the payment method on file.

  • Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

  • If a payment fails, access to the membership will be suspended until payment details are updated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Monthly Memberships: You may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

  • 6 Month and Annual Memberships: no refunds are provided after the 14 day trial period. Memberships will not renew if cancelled before the next billing cycle.

  • Becoming You Upgrade: A 3 month minimum commitment applies into the Elevate with Bel Membership.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the applicable refund period.

4. Membership Access & Content

  • Members receive access to the Becoming You Online Course, live sessions, community support and additional resources.

  • All content is for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.

5. Becoming You Course

  • The Becoming You Course is an exclusive program designed to help members unlock their full potential.

  • Members who upgrade to Becoming You receive access to course modules, workbooks and exercises.

  • Course materials cannot be downloaded, copied, or shared.

6. Membership Changes

  • Belinda Colubriale reserves the right to update membership pricing and benefits. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, worksheets, and live sessions, remains the intellectual property of Belinda Colubriale and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

By joining the Elevate with Bel Facebook group, you agree to abide by the following guidelines to maintain a positive and supportive community.

8.1 Community Conduct

  • Be kind, respectful and inclusive.

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content will not be tolerated.

  • Avoid posting links that may cause division or controversy.

  • Use trigger warnings for sensitive topics.

8.2 Group Focus

  • Discussions should remain focused on Elevate with Bel lessons.

  • Off topic posts (including business advice, dating, parenting or health discussions) may be removed.

8.3 Group Focus

  • This is a learning and support space, not a platform for marketing.

  • The following activities are prohibited:

    • Selling products or services

    • Sharing external links or affiliate offers

    • Direct messaging members for sales purposes

8.4 Guarantee & Refund Policy

  • Elevate with Bel offers a 14 day money back guarantee.

  • Refunds will not be issued if you are removed from the group for violating the rules.

8.5 Privacy Policy

  • Posts within the group are subject to Facebook privacy policy.

  • Be mindful when sharing personal information, as we cannot guarantee its security.
