Terms and Conditions for Elevate with Bel – High Performance Living Program

Welcome to the Elevate with Bel - High Performance Living program. We are thrilled that you are joining this transformative experience. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions to ensure clarity regarding your participation in the program.

1. Program Participation

By enrolling in Elevate with Bel – High Performance Living, you are committing to engage in the coaching process, including all group sessions, planning sessions, workshops and retreats as outlined in your chosen program option. Your active participation is essential to achieving the results you desire.

2. Payment and Investment

The program is available in 4 tiers with you choosing the one that works best for you ranging from $295 through to $895 plus GST.

o   Retreat: flights and accommodation for the retreat are not included in the retreat fee.

Payment is required to confirm your enrolment and participation. You will be billed monthly via your chosen payment method. All payments must be completed by the specified due dates and failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of services until payments are made.

3. Conduct in the Group

As a high-performance community, it is essential that all participants maintain a professional, supportive and respectful attitude throughout the program.

This includes:

- Being open and honest in group discussions

- Supporting fellow participants in their growth journey

- Maintaining confidentiality regarding personal details shared within the group

- Showing respect for the coach and all participants

- Not engaging in any disruptive behaviour that could hinder the learning environment

- Failure to comply with these conduct guidelines may result in removal from the program, with no refund of fees.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared within the program is confidential and participants are expected to maintain the privacy of others’ personal details and experiences. Any materials provided in the program, including but not limited to coaching sessions, worksheets, videos, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Belinda Colubriale and cannot be shared or distributed without explicit permission.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made and the program has commenced, there will be no refunds for any part of the program.

6. Liability Waiver

While Elevate with Bel takes every measure to ensure a safe, empowering and supportive environment, participants are responsible for their own physical and emotional well-being. By participating in this program, you agree to release Belinda Colubriale and any associated partners from any liability, loss, or damages incurred during your participation in the program.

7. Program Modifications

Elevate with Bel reserves the right to make modifications to the program structure, including the schedule of group sessions, workshops and retreat dates. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

Intellectual Property: All materials provided as part of the program are the intellectual property of Belinda Colubriale and are intended solely for the personal use of program participants. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

Communication: Participants are encouraged to communicate openly with the coach and the community. Unsolicited marketing or promotional messages are not allowed in the community.
